Day 1 - WED, SEP 20/17

Arrive in Phoenix where you’ll be met by Melanie and Claudette. Lunch together before making our way to Sedona. The rest of the afternoon you will spend at your leisure until dinner where we will officially welcome you. The evening ends with a short meditation.
Day 2 - THURS, SEP 21/17
Meals: B, D
We begin the morning with stretching “The Five Tibetans Yoga Moves” followed by meditation. Today you’ll learn about chakras and receive your own customized chakra reading from Claudette. You’ll also learn the importance of making choices that support your intentions. Mid-afternoon we embark on a tour to beautiful Broken Arrow and welcome the Fall Solstice with a special ceremony. We meet for dinner and wrap up the day by sharing our experiences followed by a short meditation. (Claudette will be available for a private session. Her fee is not included in the travel package).
Day 3 - FRI, SEP 22/17
Meals: B, D
We begin the morning with stretching “The Five Tibetans Yoga Moves” followed by meditation. You will learn valuable tools and techniques to keep your chakras open, clean, and clear as well as how to clean your chakras. The afternoon you will spend at your leisure. Claudette will be available for a private session including energy work.
